A fighter named Urijah Faber 21-1 will be competing and stands 5'6" and weighed in at 144.5 lbs. Do yourself a favor, watch this fight! My question is, if Mayweather fought Faber in the Octagon with MMA rules and gloves, who do you think would win and why?
    1. UFC has worked there way up insulting boxing, F,uck UFC. There fightz are boring, they have no skill, they're very slow to execute...I respect Fedor atleast

That's very ignorant to say. There's mutiracial fans and fighters in the sport of MMA. Both sports have a different set of rules. Faber would destroy Floyd in the Octagon, Floyd would do the same in the boxing ring. That's why you should respect both sports.

Watch the main event tonight then Faber might change your mind. You can't comprehend skill if you never tried the sport.

Did i say MMA? I said UFC. Big difference.

It wasn't this way when it started but UFC courts, presents itself and is all about trailer trash and pro wrestling fans.

Pride was different. Not all MMA sucks ass like the UFC. I respect MMA and NHB. I don't respect Dana or the UFC.

put Faber in a ring with Money and watch his head spin like top. He would be lucky to land one punch on Money.

why dont you put up that type of thread? How many seconds would Faber last against Mayweather in a ring.
Your right Floyd would destroy Faber in the boxing ring. They are two different sports with different skills and rules. I'm just wanting people to understand both have skill and should be respected for what they are. Two different sports. In a street fight I would give the advantage to MMA fighters for the most part due to their well rounded skills.

It's you again,lol...You are right at one thing...The rugby vs. NFL comment is true. That was my point. Both Rugby players and NFL have different rules but both have great skills. I respect athletes from both sports. Your wrong about all MMA fighters not having the skill to box that's why they compete in MMA. It's true in some cases but for the most part they just love the sport of MMA more. By the way, I would bet on Faber whooping Floyd ass in the street!

The truth will set you free! I could never guerantee that but I would bet a good chunk of money on it. Faber would take him to the ground, pound him for a bit then choke him out with ease.....That's if he could get past maybe a two punch combo as he went for the takedown. (shouldn't be a problem for him though.)

mayweather would win imho. not that it matters, they're two different sports. but when you look at someone like machida who can avoid getting taken down by ortiz without having any sprawl, then you can imagine what a boxer would do that had the same style. put holt against faber, penn etc. it'd be the same as a machida fight only they'd likely end in ko.

Faber fights in the WEC, not the Octagon (UFC).
