this should be a very decent fight, especially to be put on HBO and not PPV....

I believe it'll be a hard fought fight, Margarito will be follwing Mosley around all over the ring, egging him to stand and deliver....Shane will get that feeling of trying to be macho and that's where it'll turn.....I don't believe Shane will have the stamina to keep Margarito away....End result Margarito by late stoppage or decision victory.......

Even though I'll be there supporting Margarito you can never count Suga out. Remember, not too long ago he went a tough 12 rounds with Cotto in which alot of people feel that he deserved the win.

Not trying to be a pessimist, but A) a vast majority of experts agreed Cotto won that fight pretty clearly and B) that fight was about a year ago, between 36 and 37 any fighter can get old. Shane didnt look like himself in his last fight against Mayorga. I imagine Shane will be a bit less rusty in this fight, and probably in a little bit better shape, but I dont see it being enough to deal with the young monster.

Yeah, Mosley did have a problem with taller boxers, but not really brawlers like Margarito. Margarito will get well within Shanes range to hit him, and I am sure Marg will eat several flush power shots a la his usual style, but his ponderous attack should prove too much for an aging Mosley.

I see Mosley probably pulling a UD. People say Mosley loses to taller fighters; Winky and Forrest were very skilled with a pretty good jab. Thing to beat Mosley is a good jab. Saying that Marg is basically skill-less. Hes planning to win on workrate and chin. I see a sharper Mosley in this fight. His fight at 154 he was a tad rusty add ontop of that hes at a heavy weight late in his career was why he performed like that. Marg has no jab so i expect Mosley to box alot with the jab and fig t in spurts. Shane Mosley UD!

the ball is still in margaritos court....and he has made it clear that he wants big money. mosley didn't accept big money for the fight a couple years back...i hope it happens, and i also hope margarito is getting big "dinero". i wouldn't be surprised to see tony reject the fight cause of $, and if he does...more power to him. UD for the tornado with a couple of knock downs.
