Roy Jones Jr. (52-4, 38KOs) and Joe Calzaghe (45-0, 32KOs) have agreed to a rematch in the event of Jones pulling off the upset on Saturday night in New York's Mecca of boxing, Madison Square Garden. Jones says the pressure is fully on the back of Calzaghe. The Welsh champion plans to retire after achieving a predicted win on Saturday. I see what you mean but if he can improve on his legacy by collecting some ABC belts why shouldn't he? He most likely won't beat Dawson so fighting him won't help his legacy at all. But if he can collect some belts, it would atleast give the illusion of an improved legacy and give him the all-time status that he lost with his 2 ko losses. He deserves to have that status again.
