If tito Can Make 160 I say Tito will only have a punchers chance, wich is very good since williams defense is a little suspect and he gets tag quiet often. But I would say at 160 Williams SD. At 170 Tito will ko Williams within 9. And A prime tito at 147 Would off demolished Williams within 7. And just for the record none of the Current top WW would off had a chance against a prime tito at 147 or 154. Not even cotto. The only guy who had a chance and blew it, was DLH.

I cant see Tito being a major threat to any young contender, these days. With Paul Williams skinny body and porous defense I could see Trinidad being a dangerous fight, but he is waaaaay past being the Tito everyone was scared to death of.
