Its a good money & experience fight for Williams. Seriously, I dont think many would count Tito out of this one though. I say Tito wins it.

Williams was clocked on the chin by Quintana and Margarito in the 11,12 round

not saying Tito would win but if Williams left his chin out like that against Tito you know he is going down

its not even so much the actual fight which i still think would be a sham IMO at this point in his career that tito is but more the weight issue. Williams is obviously a welterweight although he has shown that he can fight at middleweight some. but to fight trinidad the weight would have to be somewhere at a catchweight of 170 like the roy jones fight because i dont even think tito at this point has the drive or is even capable of fighting under that weight. So at 170 even if williams agreed to it we arent even seeing the true paul williams and trinidad is done.

This fight will never happen, but just to answer the question I think Tito would win, because of his power and Williams has never felt that punching power. But on the other hand, if Williams can take the punches I think he can outbox Tito and win a Decision.
