    Did Mijares get exposed?

What happened here. Did Mijares get "exposed"? He got dominated. It wasn't even competitive. Was Mijares just thrown off by Darchinyan's awkward style or was Mijares way overhyped like Pavlik was.

I think he just lost a fight, might be a rematch for it.

That's my point... He didn't just "lose a fight".... He was the better than 2:1 favorite and got KD'd in the first round, dominated the rest of the fight and ultimately KO'd the **** out.

if they have a rematch i think Mijares can at very least be competitive till the end

he seemed like he didn't have a clue as to how Darch would fight

Mijares wasn't himself last night, his waiste movement, jab and slickness wasn't there. That's the worst Mijares and best Vic I've seen ever. Not making any excuses for him, but I would still favor him in a rematch. CONG**** TO VIC DARCHINYAN HE SHUT EVERYONE'S MOUTH INCLUDING MINE, WAY TO GO CHAMP!

I think a rematch is the last thing he needs. He needs to make a serious career decision, whether he wants to take the long road back, which is a long one following a lengthy reprieve, or just say f--- it. He's been fighting for 11 years, which is a long time in those lighter divisions. Maybe his best days are behind him.

That's some leap of faith IMO. I favored him heavily going into this fight, but I don't think a rematch is in Mijares' best interests.

He seemed so ****y and "loose" before the fight.. Darch looked nervous, but really he was just amped to high hell.

I do think Mijares could be competitive or possibly beat Darch. It all depends on if he could make the adjustments to Darch's twitchy style.

He just lost. The 'exposed' thing is always a hot topic when a guy loses. I wanna see how he does in his next fight before I label him as an exposed fighter.

Mijares came in the best shape of his life. That first KD was what turned around for him. He tasted the power of Vic, which he probably hasn't felt before with his other opponents. Vic wasn't afraid of Mijares' power, his team studied and had plans. Mijares thought a same old Vic will show up and under estimated his power.
