he is going on near 40 fights and still I haven't seen ****.
other mexican fighters with no amateur experience are already on the big stage at this point.
he will never be what they want him to be.. a journeyman, if even that is all I see Jr. amounting too.

not really his fault.. his pops should have made him fight in the ams before throwing him into the lions.
idiots like you say this. Not one time have people said he's like his dad. One for starters like yourself chavez sr and chavez jr are not even the same type of fighters lol. You think he has the fan base because he think he's like his dad? It's the media and ******s like you that think that. We support him for being the son of one of the greatest mexican fighters ever. I think that bothers you a little bit. You obviously didn't see last nights fight if you think he's going to be a journeymen. Tell me what prospect at 154 is more technical than chavez, tell me which prospect goes to the body better than chavez

Chavez has more fights due to his lack of amatuer experience of course. Also chavez is ahead of all them when it comes to fan base and promoting and i think that's what bothers people but it's reality. He was born into this sport it's not his fault he want's to try to follow in his dad footsteps. My mother loves chavez jr and was looking foward to watching this fight and it's because he's the son of chavez which my mom also loved. We're going to support him and wish him the best. If he lost his next fight nothing would change we would still support him. I hope next year he can step it up. He did say even though he still has alot to learn that he wants to step up and fight for a world title. check out last nights fight and tell me what you think.
I'm downloading it right now, I checked out the stream. He does slip a lot of punches just like his daddy. Sr's defense was very underrated and I see a lot of it in Jr. He's still got some fine tuning to do, but yes he does have all the physical tools and it seems right now, the skill and potential to build upon to be a threat in the years to come.

yea his defense was impressive at times, he was slipping and weaving alot. He was killing vanda with the hooks to the body just like his daddy. He's definitely got some tunning to do, he's 22 there's no one in the game right now at 22 that gets more hate than chavez because they want him go up and fight pavlik to please their hate.

again, I didn't say he fights like his dad did I?
I said he will never be anything like his dad.
he will NEVER achieve that level.
I don't have hate glasses for Chavez jr. why would I?
The fact is he will never be a true champion.
Maybe he wins a vacant belt to some mandatory.. but he will NEVER be a true champ.

ok that's fine you can think that but does that mean your right? You also said cotto was going to beat the shit out of margarito. You said he will never be like his dad but who's comparing the two? Do you think chavez jr thinks he's going to be like his dad? have you even seen a chavez jr interview? Tell me since chavez retired who has been like chavez? is there ever going to be another chavez? No one is trying to fill chavez's shoes, chavez jr is just continuing the boxing tradition in the family and he has a big fan base. Hopefully you don't dislike Omar Chavez and say he isn't going to be like his father as well. YOu obviously didn't see chavez fight last night and you still didn't answer my question. Out of Vanes, Angulo, Kirkland and chave: who has the bigger fan base? who has the best technique? How works the body the best? Is angulo's defense better than chavez's?

actually, if you go back and look you will see that texan baller was intimidated by Cotto and therefor wanted odds on the fight. I told him I wouldn't give him odds because the fight would be much closer then the spread indicated. I also told Baya.. I dunno dude, those uppercuts have me worried... what happened? it was an uppercut.

the thing is.. you are one of those fan boy fans that only listens to what he wants and makes everything a racial issue so all you where hearing was how the "puerto ricans where hating on you" which they really weren't.. you where just to busy caught up thinking that way.

oh don't even start i can pull up numerous posts about hate, race, bum, nobody, tomato can, dorito bum flavor, margaritardo and i can bet you your in alot of them. BTW the uppercuts didn't do cotto in.

back to the topic, since your claiming chavez to be journeyman level and will never be a world champion im guessing you follow the division pretty closely along with chavez jr so I'll ask the questions again hopefully this time you don't ignore them for the 3rd time
