Dirrell has incredible handspeed for a 168 pounder. I'm just still not sold on his durability. He looks and acts like a fighter who cant take sustained punishment. Against better fighters, he's going to have to show grit.

Dirrell is nothing special, he is just another Allan Green.

Dirrell would be a perfect comeback opponent for Edison Miranda....Miranda/Dirrell would be a replay of Miranda/Green....Dirrell would run like a ***** from Miranda the whole fight until he runs out of gas and gets caught and KO'd

Bull****, if Abraham with his limited boxing skills managed to Ko Miranda, so can Dirrel who can turn to southpaw or orthodox at any time. And he looks like he puts everything into his shots.

Miranda gets ko'd in that one and Green would beat him too in a rematch. Green had health problems at that time, but of course you ignored that part.

Are you a fan of Green? He's nothing special imo minus his beastly power and good job of analyzing boxing.

Somebody match these two up and lets see who the real deal from the olympics is. If not that, lets see either one of them get tested against ALLAN GREEN. I'm pretty sure one of the two cannot beat Green. Which one is it?

All I know is, I can't stand Dirrel ever since his perormance against Curtis Stevens, and I still feel the same way. Guy looks very immature, like he is about to break out dancing Cory Spinks entrance style but doesn't because he knows the Booooo's!!!! will break out from the audience.
good point. lets get dirrell vs ward in early 2009. winner gets the winner of bute-kessler (aka kessler) or taylor-froch....

Was checking out the WBO's ratings and Green is ranked 8 behind 7, Andre Direll.

Direll probably went up to 4. And Ward is #4 now, so they would be 3 and 4. #1 is a nobody. #2 is Jermain Taylor I think and so he's fighting for a WBC eliminator.

So Ward vs Direll or Direll vs Green could happen.

He's a lot more exciting then Spinks for sure too.
I clearly said Spinks's entrance, NOT Spink's in-ring boxing abilities.

Yeah, but you still said he's boring, hence you might of well have called him spinks.

But seriously, I like how you completely disregarded my other point. Direll dispatched of Hanshaw a lot easier then Jones did, but yet according to you Hanshaw was a nobody. If Hanshaw was a nobody then really who has Roy Jones proved himself against an elite fighter like Calzaghe at the age of 39? Felix Trinidad?
