I was very dissappointed in what I saw out of Mijares. For all the hype and P4P **** I saw absolutely nothing from him. I understand that Mijares had 2 of the major belts but from that showing he doesn't even deserve a rematch.

Vic is becoming like Pacman to me which is that they are not very skilled but they WIN and I have to respect that. Which I wholeheartedly do.

Aside from all the racial BS and genitalia references being thrown around here….I, as a Mexican American boxing fan was (of course) rooting for Mijares…not only because of his (what once were) his boxing skills…but also for the fact that Vic just used to “rub me the wrong way”…you know his attitude and smugness….but anyway…being completely and utterly honest here guys…I was elated when Vic got his ass handed to him by Nonito….even then he wouldn’t recognize the fact that HE LOST….this past Sat…I swear, when I saw Mijares walking in with that smirk and hugging everybody and their mom on the way to the ring I thought “ what are you doing?! This ain’t a party for you!! Concentrate!” and there you have it…when that uppercut put him down in the 1st… after I saw his reaction while still laying on his back (like he was thinking “oh ****!”)…I immediately vocalized “that’s it….he’s DONE, Vic is going after him”…and yeah, it took 9 rounds…and it looked like Vic was starting to run out of gas but he got the job DONE…and ya’ll wanna know something? To me boxing is a SPORT ....not a ****ing race-war….PROPS TO THE NEW UNIFIED 115 champ - Vic Darchinyan….he did MORE than the majority of us expected him to do and he deserves ALL THE CREDIT….
