Vic is just about the most unlikeable fighter in the game right now (personality wise.) I didnt even root against Floyd as bad as I root against Vic. When you knock everyone out and still the fans think you are a douche bag? Says alot.

He never had humility to begin with even after being KTFO by nonito. It's not even an act he's just that arrogant but if it helps get him up for fights then more power to him. He's after the toughest fights and ducks no one and as boxing fans we can't ask for more even if his personality rubs many the wrong way.

I think somehow Vic changes a little bit especially his defense but unfortunately Mijares is not counter punching. I think he better fight Donaire before fighting other boxers... But i doubt it, i think his lost to Donaire is still fresh from his memories... And Donaire's style is very effective for Vic...

I'm not gonna say that Mijares is a bad fighter, he is a very good fighter, but Vic Darchinyan is on another level. Me being Armenian, and Vic being one of my favorite boxers, I've watched all of his fights and his defense is definately getting better. His improving deffense, combined with his massive power and confusing style, and his will to fight anyone and everyone and at the same time put up a great show, makes him an extraordinary fighter.
I am certain that a rematch with Nonito Donaire will end up in Vic's favor. Donaire landed a clean punch that Vic moved into, and Vic tried to stand up way to early, he should've gave it about 5 or 6 seconds before he tried to stand up after that knockdown. With his improved defense, Vic should be able to defeat Donaire easily.

Oh and just to point it out, Vic promised that he would knock out Mijares and silence the Mexican fans, and he KEPT HIS PROMISE!

People who are saying Vic is hated, Vic has a horrible fighitng style, Armenia sucks, Montiel will beat Vic, etc. etc. is just being a sore loser.
