Vic Darchinyan Dominates, Knocks Cristian Mijares Out

At the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, Vic Darchinyan (31-1-1, 25 KOs) pulled off a massive upset by dominating and knocking out Cristian Mijares (35-4-2, 13 KOs) in nine rounds to make history. With the win, Darchinyan is now the IBF, WBA and WBC super flyweight title, the first fighter to unify the 115-pound weight class. Mijares was regarded as one the best pound for pound fighters in the world. [details]

As long as he doesn't get dropped or knocked out he will win.

He might actually be able to beat donaire in a rematch, I didn't know vic improved his defense this much.
