One of my favorite lines... Adrian enters the ring immediately after the first Creed fights ends... she makes her way over to Rocky...it's emotional moment...his first words to her??

    "Where's your hat???"" LOL

Probably 3 or 4 for me just because those are the first ones I saw, and the training montages are badass. As much as 5 was terrible in the series, this particular scene from Rocky V is pretty moving.

Rocky's a bum. His defense is to stand infront of his opponent with minimal movement and have arms down by his sides.

Reporter to Rocky at the hospital after the first Creed fight: "Rocky, do you think you have brain damage?"

Rocky: "Uh, I don't see any"

I liked Rocky 5. The promoter was probably based on Don King - it was the most realistic of the Rocky movies I thought. Rocky 1 and 3 were okay too. Rocky 4 (a propaganda film) and 6 were the worst.

The HBO themed fight pretty much did it for me. 6 is my favorite.

However it infuriated me that there were 100,000 knockdowns in that fight, and the scores were 95-94, 94-95, 95-94. Knockdowns = a 10-8 round Stallone, get it right!

It was clearly based on King, and they did a good job. It bothered me that he didn't fight at all, except for a street fight, against Tommy Gunn, who pissed me off more than anyone else in the entire series.

The 4th one was actually very biased, but... that's what the American market wanted, so I can't blame them for wanting to make money off of anti-Soviet sentiment. I also thought it was absurd that Drago's management decided to make him fight a former heavyweight champion in his first pro bout, straight from the ams.
