    I vote Gomez.

Even though he was shot by this time the beating he took was shocking.

    Gomez beat him bad.

Bad and Gomez simply doesn't sound right.

I'd say Gomez. I knew Gatti was pretty much done, but I was a little surprised that he lost. Mainly because I thought Gomez was a joke. Mayweather gave him his worst beating, but Mayweather is obviously leagues and leagues above Gomez.

no way, dude. micky was the man (and for the record, i had gatti winning that fight). micky fought a bunch of a-level fighters so he had that experience. micky was the first true beast gatti fought at 140.

i voted robinson. he was by no means a bad fighter, but gatti should have beat him. that was a point in gatti's career when he was more focused on "extra curricular activities" than boxing.

I never really rated Manfredy too highly, I think that loss hurts more than the rest resume wise.

I don't think the Gomez fight affects him too much because it was his last fight when he was clearly done whereas the Manfredy fight was at his prime.

On the car ride home after class, I got to thinking...

I think Robinson is the worst loss of the bunch.

                A few reasons why:
                1. He fought Gatti's fight and still won handily! He was supposed to be the slick boxer who would have to be careful and win on points... instead he wars it up and gets by far the better of it.
                2. Gatti was still rated fairly highly, certainly moreso than when he was fighting Micky Ward.
                3. The Manfredy loss could have been a hiccup, but the Robinson loss was the dealbreaker. Two bad losses in a row is not acceptable for a so called contender.
                4. Manfredy was highly rated for a while, and got a title shot, while Robinson was really never rated too highly.

yeah i see what you mean.

I should of said a bad beating and Gomez don't go together......

only if he was the one taking the beating.

I can see your point, Manfredy also beat Robinson so I guess the losses to Robinson could be called his worst losses.

Agree in terms of loss: Ivan Robinson. Easy.

2nd has to be Gomez only because Gomez is ****.

3rd Floyd simply for the level of horrific beatdown.
