Margo is a guts-and-glory fighter, not to mention a genuine crowd pleaser.. But Floyd is in a class of his own.

yes couldnt agree more.. floyd would easily beat margarito.. the problem for margarito is floyd is too fast, is a boxing genius, defensive master, tougher than people give him credit for, etc.. floyd wouldnt make the same mistake cotto made by trading with him.. if you thought cotto looked great boxing the ears off of margarito, what floyd would do to margarito would be insane

Floyd would win. It would be Hatton Mayweather all over again. Margarito going into the right hand of Floyd. I don't know if he'd be knocked out though.

I agree Margarito would run into several right hands throughout the night, but it wouldnt look that similar to the Hatton fight, Margarito is MUCH bigger and stronger than Hatton. Margarito would not get stopped by Floyd, either.
Yeah, Floyd would beat him, using a lot of defense and movement, countering with a lot of right straights. It would take a hell of a performance though.

Floyd's chin is much better than Cotto's, and Cotto resisted Margarito for the majority of the fight, while taking a lot more punishment than Floyd would also
