I think it's actually better that Dawson went for Tarver's title instead of defending against Diaconu in Romania because it wouldn't have been a big fight then.

If Diaconu can beat Branco and Glen Johnson for the WBC title, a Diaconu-Dawson title unification fight would be good for both since there aren't too many big fights left in the LHW division.

not so well.......Joe wrote the blueprint and Chad would follow it to a tee. Until I actually see Kessler handle a skilled southpaw with fast hands, I can't picture him ever beating fighters like Calzaghe or Dawson.

Kessler would be new to 175, so I'd go wit Dawson by UD. But the skill level seems even and it could be a good scrap. I think it'd be winnable for Kessler but I'd favor Dawson.

Why not Hopkins???...no one even mentioned him...it was all Dawson Dawson Dawson!!! If Kessler wants a big fight in the US then what better road to travel than Hopkins??? if they do say a 70/30 split on PPV with Hopkins obviously taking the 70% im sure Hopkins would want to show the hungry younger fighter in Kessler his second defeat??...wouldint he?? and if Kessler were to beat hopkins in a great battle similar to the Pavlik fight (but both being competetive) Kessler would be an instant superstar in the US...and the could do it for Kessler's belt at 168.
I hope this happens...come on Bernard you have made enough money mate and RJJ more than likely wont beat JC so this fight makes good sense.
