You say Kessler has an offer from Dawson and imply he's ducking.

    I ask for a source.

Its up to you to prove your intial statement.

Bat has reposted the thread on the first page. Go find it then argue him down over the veracity of his sources.

I just did the work you should've done:

Check this thread (posts 1, 29 and your reply at 32).

Thanks Bat. Im rather confused as to why he couldnt point me in that direction considering he posted on the bloody thing

Anyway we're talking about paper speculation. Hardly a concrete offer. I find it hard to believe Dawson's team would be the ones chasing Kessler.

Dear dear. I wasnt arguing over the veracity of a source. Simply because you failed to provide one.

You make a statement, you back it up. Thats usually how things work around here. Give it a go next time. Cheers anyway.

Hmm...maybe I'm confused. This is what you wrote:

            Chad Dawson
According to the respected newspaper JP.DK, Palle has an offer from HBO. Palle likely isn't interested although the fight could be made at a catchweight between 168 and 175.
            Then you said:

The HBO-offer comes from one paper while another stated that Palle had an offer for Kessler to fight Dawson. It's my own speculation that it might have been HBO trying to make that fight.
Seems pretty clear to me. Whether it's HBO or not, you posted a paper said there's an offer.

Thankfully someone backed me up. So either way, you have the source.

Just curious...what appearance has Dawson had that represents a fraction of the HBO audience Kessler's had? Even with a low rating for Kess-Cal, it was still more viewers with bigger audience reach, than anything on Showtime considering HBO has more than twice the subscribers. Dawson's excellent in the ring, but he's hardly a high dollar guy and Kessler is a larger purse than Diaconu and Erdei combined unless he's getting a passport stamp and maybe not then.

This is interesting.....A win would be huge for him..but a loss could destroy his career I think at this point..People will look at him in a totally diff way? Anyone agree????

I personnaly think Dawson would tear him apart but who knows...I'm not a fan of either one at this point..I'm starting to come around a little bit for Dawson but not enough yet to call myself a fan...

Dawson should offer to move down to 168. Beating Kessler for a belt and making him a 2 weight class champ could put him into contention for big money with the big 3 money makers or at least set up a good size purse for a fight with Taylor if he beats Lacy. I would love to see this fight and would enjoy seeing either guy victorious but Bad Chad is a little more exciting and seems to be the more talented with the overall higher quality opponents.
