Two separate issues my delusional Hatton fan friend.
      only if you're a pedant.

The point was if he's calling Calzaghe a slapper and the punches didn't affect him, then there was no need to hide, was there?

but he did hide, he did cling on and the punches DID affect him so much that the old man was tired and had to fake low blows to stay in the contest.

in short, he's full of ****.

Have a nice day fat boy.

You're pretty transparent fat boy. McAmerican? LOL.

All you do is ride the UK fighters hard.

          here's a fun question:

Who are your favorite American fighters? And why? And do you think any could beat their UK counterparts?

*Note: please don't launch into your ******ed tirade about how Hatton had Floyd read to be KOed until Joe cortez KOed the unfortunate Mancunian. We've all heard it -it's insane.

            Hopkins after the fight

            Calzaghe after the fight

Yea, Hopkins took a BEATING. No way could he have taken 15 rounds of that type of punishment.

yes, America, home of the chronically obese.

All you do is ride the UK fighters hard.
Someone from the UK who supports UK fighters, what a novel idea. Crazy isn't it. Imagine Ricky Hatton had a big army of British fans who travelled to watch him fight, that would be totally unbelievable wouldn't it?

                here's a fun question:

Who are your favorite American fighters? And why? And do you think any could beat their UK counterparts?
I don't think America has that many good boxers anymore. I like watching Cotto, De La Hoya, Pacquiao, Kessler, Margarito, JMM but these guys aren't American, they're just forced to fight there.

Past American fighters I liked watching include Arturo Gatti, Gerald McClellan, Mike Tyson and many more.

I also like watching Zab Judah fight but don't thinkhe's any good, Hopkins is interesting fighter but his attitude puts me right off. Also Shane Mosley was good to watch but he's is past it as is Roy Jones.

maybe this is what your problem is, you're touchy about US fighters cos there's not that many good ones left.

Ultimately I'm a British boxing fan who likes to watch British boxers fight but I will still take a keen interest in a big american fight or any big fight for that matter

Support and blind nuthugging is very different. I support home fighters. But I'm not blind about it. Completely accurate? Your Floyd Hatton "analysis" may be one of the dumbest things ever posted on here that was not posted in jest. And that is up against some stiff competition. Face it: Your boy lost. Get the **** over it.

I'm not touchy about US fighters. I'm touchy about rampant ******ity, like your Floyd Hatton analysis.

                    Also

De La Hoya IS American. nice try.

Kessler doesn't really fight here so I don't know what the hell you're on about with that one.

Cotto - Puerto Rico is a US territory.

You have now been educated. Continue on with your blind nuthugging.

See you're trying to impose your view on mine. You can't take that I have a different opinion. Hatton was robbed, he considered walking out of the ring and turned his ass to the ref.

                      The refereeing WAS A JOKE!

I'm not touchy about US fighters. I'm touchy about rampant ******ity, like your Floyd Hatton analysis.
Ok, so you're touchy about Floyd, join the queue, there's a lot of them around.

                      Also

De La Hoya IS American. nice try.

Fair enough on De La Hoya but lets not pretend Cotto is an American in the true sense of the word. He's Puerto Rican.

Regarding Kessler, u asked me which fighters I liked from the US, I told you they're weren't many good ones from the US and gave you a list of fighters I DO like watching.

I don't watch boxing 24/7 like some of my mates do (or some of the geeks on here) but I do enjoy the sport and there's an added interest when its a British boxer or a big fight in the US (often not involving a US boxer)
