This is without doubt, one of the most ******, inane, ridiculous comments that I've seen on these pages for a long time...and THAT'S saying a LOT.

You, and everyone else in the world KNOWS that the Klitschko's will NEVER fight one another, for reasons already mentioned a thousand times.

There are OTHER reasons too.. Will you, Mr. Genius, tell us all how many times brothers EVER foubngt one another SERIOUSLY in the ring(I don't mean glorified exhibitions) and HOW MANY Championship brothers EVER fought one another?????

Why the hell should ANYONE expect a pair of brothers to commit serious mayhem on each other, just to titillate the base instincts of a bunch of half-brained numbskulls who just have enough smarts to eat when they're hungry................

And these guys don't make family promises like Hopkins........

They simply don't have a lot of options. Valuev would be my first choice, but it seems that a deal can't be made. Haye or Ruiz would be my next two chices, but they are not ranked by the IBF. So we may need to settle for Rahman.

It would be better to simply cancel the date than to fight the shot, age 40 Maskaev or a clubfighter like JD Chapman, the two opponents Haye wanted most.

You're right, everyone else I can think of is either busy, or pointless. May as well be Rahman. At least he'll get the title shot he's after, and in a way, deserves.

There was a speculation that if Don King were to really offer 100 million for them to fight each other, they could have just a glorified sparring session(which without a doubt they had many, sparring sessions that is) to teach public a lesson(which undoubtly would cost a ppv money) in what does "family" mean.

I have an idea. Lets make it like Wrestling. Rahman goes in for 3 rounds gets his ass beat and once he is on the floor and the ref is counting him out James Toney jumps in and stops the refs count and fights Wladimir for 6 rounds and gets tired of running and getting hammered. Just let Wladimir fight Valuev after Potvekin and than the mega fight with Haye the end of the year. By then Arreola would be a huge fight and he can fight him. And then retire.

Look at this way. At least it isnt Jameel McCline.

Anyway, for the record, as a Wladimir fan I never criticized Haye for looking for a fight with Rahman, at least I dont think.

Wladimir might be able to blast out Rahman faster then Lewis did, but he wont. I predict Wladimir TKO6.

I think they each already have $100 mill. Probably more. And yes, this proposition might be a speculative "possible" but, as you say, it would just be a glorified sparring session, which I already mentioned.

It is often said that a few of Rocky Marciano's "wins" were basically sparring sessions with a brother(brother-in-law or step-brother) under different names, but in those days, when nearly everything was controlled by the mafia, managers, boxers, promoters, arenas, etc. this could be, and often was, done. As well as the same guy fighting in different venues under different names. Boxing history is full of such authentic facts.

Today, although some of these are still tried, occasionally, it's almost impossible to get away with it. What we have to put up with today, is undue promoter influence, euphemised bribery of officials, or hometown refs or decisions (which were always there anyway) and suchlike.

These two guys are not like most of us who would do anything...if the price was right. They are examples of what old fashioned "honour" was, and I seriously doubt if they would legitimately bash each other even for $100 mill. What would they do with it, They already have enough to make trusts for untold future family generations, and, much of it would go for taxes anyway. They are brothers, they love one another.

I can understand that, because my 5-years-older brother [also a boxer] and I often got into the most ferocious of disputes. But only on one single occasion did I hit him, and was immediately so regretful that it's difficult to describe. He'd always hit me plenty, being older, but that made no difference, I was stronger and a better boxer than he, and could never bring myself to even spar with him.

And no money could ever change that.

Wlad already beat up McCline, like 8 years ago.

Yea I know, I say McCline because no matter how much he loses he keeps getting chances, and people would've been more critical of that fight, which probably isnt even out of the question.

Klitschko's are by the far the most boring fighters I have ever seen and if he makes this match it's just another reason why the HW division is so terrible and why these guys rule it...why they trippin they should just stop being ******* and fight each other, they gonna have to they can't sell any other fight on PPV period, god forbid Mike Tyson wanna fight them and then even a 43 or 44 year old Tyson would still sell that , Jesus even Lewis coming back would sell that fight even with the other one...Bottom line I dunno if Toney can win or not but he already been calling them out and the Klitschko's are like three times his size for **** sake I know they hate taking fights with guys that can actully punch and defend but jesus atleast that would be better than seeing Toney fight Tony the Tiger or Brewster then seeing wlad fight the guy Toney beat for free basicly. Bottim line Don King need to feed those big ****ers some evil and give us Kane Vs Able asap I wanna see blood shed on a massive scale with it...they will prolly hug each other in a fight that would make there previous most boring matches seem like ****.
