If it's top level opponents BEAT, then Oscar isn't in the discussion.
Ruelas,Gonzalez,Chavez,Whitaker,Quartey,Vargas dont count??? He beat Tito and Mosley in the rematch but got stiffed on the decision, so i respectfully disagree.

You just threw a bunch of names out there. I mean, seriously, a little context helps. Throw Pacquiao in there too and in ten years that'll look wonderful.
Ruelas wasn't the best fighter in his division.
Neither was Gonzalez.
Chavez? Please.
Whitaker? Funny how you claim he beat Tito and Mosley but throw in Whitaker like a clear-cut win. I bet you think it is.
Quartey is arguably his best win.
Vargas? Vargas? Vargas's stock considerably when, in his bout following Tito, he was rocked and dropped by the old, light-hitting Wilfredo Rivera. Then stunned by that sparring partner.
It's been said before but needs to be said again - there's a reason why The Ring magazine had Tito ahead of Oscar in their top 80 rankings that came out around 2002. Funny how things change.
Really if this is the best you have then I stand by what I said, he doesn't belong in that conversation.
