I think Cotto is the only one out of the list that I think can beat Mayweather. Margs & Williams would lose in a UD or SD fight. As for Pac.....no chance unless you're a delusional Pac fan.

You are foolish. Don't confuse intelligence, especially fiscal intelligence, with cowardice.

Point is, Mayweather is a premium and elite fighter. He has the amateur background and the professional experience to outclass all of the current welterweight champions and contenders. He is a businessman, one that does not want to risk his physical condition if the money is not there.

He said he does not want to fight anymore, so therefore he is not a good fighter? Come on, he does not have anything to prove. Though his resume is not that great at 147, with the exception of Hatton, he has beaten and outclassed fierce opposition at lower weight divisions.

My question to you... Have you even been watching Mayweather's career, or do you just hate him because he chooses his own destiny and does not listen to ignorant fools like you?
