Yes he does. The ref should have stopped it because even though he was up, he was completely out of it.

I think this fight needs a rematch. It was mostly one-sided in Bute's favour but Andrade really took it to Bute at the end, with a different referee there could be a different outcome.

I don't know what to make up of the last second knockdown but the referee was horrible all the way, not having any control over the fight.

Those who believe Richard Steele was justified in stopping the Chavez-Taylor I fight probably believe that this fight should've been stopped as well.

I doubt the fight will be turned into a NC but the IBF should force a rematch because they were the ones who appointed that awful hometown referee.

FTR, I thought Bute beat the count if the referee counted w/o forcing Andrade to the corner, BUT, the ref said he wouldn't have beaten the count. So... I voted yes.

I'm not sure, Andrade was losing badly up to that point but the fight definitely could have been stopped in the final 20 seconds.
