Well, Joe beat Hop by controversial decision at the same time that Hop was beating Pavlik and Tarver by wide decision. That tells you something.

And the bolded is just laughable... come on, did they REALLY have a chance?

Tito the same man who knocked out Joppy better than Hopkins did at 160 had no chance when he was 3-1 favourite??

I don't give two ****s about betting odds.

Why, only last week I saw someone as the 3-1 on favourite against Hopkins.... now who could that have been?

And Flawless, don't pick and choose what bits you're going to reply to.... I replied to you last page and you dropped it. When you do that it makes it look like you're a ****e talker who can't back up a point. And that could never be the case, surely?

          Wow so much Calzaghe hate.

Something that's also surprising: seems like just two fights ago the same people who were calling Bhop boring as **** are now giving him so much props as if they were rooting him along the whole time. I remember when you couldn't read Bhop's name in a sentence without the word "boring" alongside it.

The way everybody talks about Calzaghe on here you'd think he was chopped liver. As if he weren't the P4P number 2 fighter. Say what you want about Calzaghe being ****ty, and whether or not you think he beat Bhop, but if he's so bad then why did he give Bhop such a hard time?

You all say the reason you hate Calzaghe is because he's a slapper, yet those same people were giving Bhop so much **** for being boring too.

            My point is,

Go ahead and hate Calzaghe. Go ahead and hate his style. But at least give him some credit and admit from an objective standpoint that he's a great boxer. After all, if he is so bad as most of you say he is, then whats the big deal if Bhop beat him anyway (supposedly)?

It amazes me how people can discribe a guy with a 70%+ KO rate as a slapper...

                    On topic:
I think Hopkins has had a better career, while Calzaghe is a more skilled boxer.

Calzaghe has been cursed with an incredibly weak division and the worst promoter in the business, but he's beaten everyone they put in front of him, KO'ing most of them.

Hopkins wins this on about every level except actually beating Joe. Overall he takes it.

I don't understand why people say there's no interest in a Hop Calzaghe rematch. I think there would be, regardless if its a boring or not.

People want to see Hop again. Especially after the performance last weekend. Either way I think what ever fight is next for Hop it will do good on PPV etc.

If Joe "IS" fighting for the money he would make tons of it in a rematch with Hop and or Jones.

But to answer the question again. Hop takes this....

Out of the 3 in this triangle of vets, its Jones, Hop and Calzaghe IMO. That's not hate, that's a Majority decision.
