It's all in the title really. If a fight is ruled as a split decision, where 1 judge rules for one fighter and the other 2 judges rule for the other fighter, should there always be an immediate rematch? Should it be a part of general boxing rules, the same as a low blow, the same as no biting.. If a fight is ruled a Split Decision should every governing body have a mandatory rematch rule? Split Decision = Immediate Rematch - a new rule in boxing?
Should a Split Decision always lead to an Immediate Rematch?

No, because there are some real farking morons for judges, and if you rematched every SD, you'd end up with alot of lopsided or boring fights people would have to sit through. It's all in the title really. Of course not.
Would you have wanted to see a rematch between Jermaine Taylor and Cory Spinks?
Should Floyd Mayweather-Oscar De La Hoya have been a SD? No. Tom Kaczmareck has cataract problems.Comment
