When Cotto isnt voicing an opinion you jump all over him for not speaking up(not calling out mayweather), when he voices his opinion(wich is a correct opinion and one that most of you guys on here share, you jump on him for that.) All this cottobot crap is bullshhit, just cuz he dont open his mouth at every oppertunity and crave for attention like a little girl (and most fighters now a days) dont mean he cant speak up when he feels like. Look at the tune up against forbes..

My girlfriend is a huge Cotto fan, unfortunately.

I told her Margarito was going to bust him up and wear him down. And Cotto made me look like a goddamn moron for the first 7 rounds with his Shane Mosley impression. She was loving it until the tide turned in the 7th.

I was sitting next to her when she saw him get up off the canvas after the first knockdown with his face totally mangled. She was mortified and I loved it.

Well Said Cotto and i have to admit i agree with him... i dont think it brings down the sport but it is not a fight we really want to see. Everyone outside the Phillipines not including Roach and Arum (lol) pretty much see this as an easy victory for Delahoya, who will win by KO.... but what can you do because as much as it is a joke pretty much everyone who badmouths this fight will still get the PPV....

i aint gon lie....i'll definitely go watch it somewhere, just to see if oscar destroys manny as bad as every1 thinks....or if manny gets lucky and pulls out the upset. but as far as intriguing, this is the wrong fight....

O.k. I have to admit I'm intrigued by the Pac-man vs. Oscar fight. I have no other choice...they decided to fight each other and I have to live with that. I'm sure it will be entertaining but I would've been more intrigued if Oscar chose from a list of other fighters. For a true fight fan like myself, beating Pac does nothing to add to Oscars legacy. Although Pac will be a legend himself. I'ts time for Oscar to fight the best men his size. I want to know how he would fair. For the record I'm rooting for Pac-Man. Cotto's my man and he lives by his word. I agree with his comments but he needs to limit his outspoken opinions and stick with the fighting. Show Oscar how it's done when he comes back to beat Margarito.

every boxer talks...what's wrong with cotto speaking his mind? can u imagine the backlash he would've taken had he decided to fight manny instead of margarito??? this fight is a slap in the face.....say what you want about cotto, but none of his big fights were "givens." from judah to mosely to margarito......even his fight w/ gomez had ppl predicting upset......tell me one person who "really"believes manny can win this fight, and i'm not talking about ppl who'll bet on manny b/c the odds will guarantee a huge pay-off if he wins....

I don't see how this fight can be a bad thing for the sport...people who normally wouldn't give a **** ass about boxing are now paying attention. DLH (hate'm or love'm) puts boxing on the map...in a time where UFC and MMA in general are taking much of the publicity DLH's fights are keeping boxing in people's consciousness...how is that a bad thing? Maybe for the purest of boxing fans sure I can see how they would say this fight is not good...but in general it's great for the sport...

this fight IS bad for boxing......i'd love to see hearns, leonard, hagler, give their opinions on this travesty.....back in the old days, the best fought each other, thats why this fight is a joke........does any1 really believe manny can win this? if he does, it says more about oscar in this stage of his career than it does for manny.....a year layoff, and this is the BIG fight oscar gives us? you're right, many ppl will tune in, but thats b/c they wanna see dlh, i think the least he could do is give them some **** worth their money......

when you become a fan.. a biased fan... and cant see with out emotions the fights makes you act like that... some times.. you get just 2 serious about it...

i used to be like that... like everyone else.. had in their life.. at least thats how i think...

My dream end with Hopkins beating Tito.... by that time .. not even TYSON could ko tito for me...
