In his prime, Quartey had the best jab in the game. Easy. And one of the best ever.

I always felt that Hearns had about the best jab around. Quick, crisp and sneaky like Ali's, and teeth-rattling like Foreman's.

He also got full extension, was accurate with it, and could jab just as well backpedaling as he could when he was set.
