This is a pretty big fight im not sure what that guy was getting at, but yea of course ricky is gonna say that he is in the best shape that hes been in... wouldnt it be strange if he came out and said hes in mediocre shape
Yup. How many times have we heard fighters right before a fight come out and say that they're in the best shape of their lives and just get pummeled?
His last fight was the biggest outdoor fight in British history and it was against a journeyman who he beat by a huge margin, and now he's fighting his number one contender with a new trainer. So not bad.
I dont understand how people can say this in not a big fight. Both fighters have their career on the line. I hope malignaggi can do his thing, they both looked like ass in their last fights tho. Because of mag's elusiveness the fight will be in the judges hands for sure. imho
