I don't understand why people like Hatton can't just do the 'bad things' in moderation rather than balloon up in weight to the extent he does. It's not like boxing is a long term career anyway.

never heard a fighter say he wasn't in great shape leading up to a big fight, it's ussually after they lose that they say they had problems in camp and didnt get the conditioning they wanted.
