I know that doesnt really mean anything, but personally I think it would be a good decision even money wise, because having Marquez on the undercard of the Pac-DLH fight would create much more interest in a 3rd match between them, even if Pacquiao loses.

Good idea, but not gonna happen. No way Marquez goes into a tough fight without having Nacho for the training camp. And I don't blame him. I wouldnt put Nate in a tough fight without having John David in camp either.
