like I said, shame on his management team & promoter, its not his fault their facing him against nobodies even though he's a world champion. He could've fought Johnny Gonzalez or Concepcion or Bautista on the DLH-Pac undercard.

offers are on the table for marquez and gonza;es but they have turned it down, because they don't want to fight in 08.

caballero/molitor are going at it soon.

vazquez said that they could meet up in 09.

        penalosa is pricing himself out.

        what else...tell me what else?

Jhonny Gonzalez would be an extremely dangerous fight for Lopez. I say when Gonzalez is at his best, no one around that weight can beat him.

Penalosa has been adamant about wanting to fight him for awhile now.

bah, this is weak. Id rather have watched JuanMa knock out Conception rather than someone that lost to Bautista. If a Pinoy is going to be in the main event, its probebly a good idea to put another Pinoy on the undercard.

whatever, I guess Ill take it. could have been much worse.

Yea he is impressive when he's focused. He was virtually winning every round vs Penalosa til he got a lil careless.

What? Are u serious? Chavez Jr has had almost 40 fights like his overated father he fights bums. De Leon is an excellent fighter and Juan Ma fought him with about 20 fights under his belt. Just like Most people you have set the bar higher for Puerto Rican Fighters than Mexican Fighters. Look at what happened to Cotto...Many people were not giving him much credit but all of a sudden a Mexican fighter(Margarito) beats him and and everyone takes Margarito from a good fighter to one of the best. Look what happened when Trinidad Lost to Hopkins. Hopkins career skyrocketed (even though Trinidad went up in weight to fight him)
