Paul Williams vs Verno Phillips

I chose Paul by tko/ko but i think he decisions him. If he does stop him im thinking maybe mid 7th or 8th rd. This should be a semi easy win for Paul....at this point in his career Verno is more of a gatekeeper than a prize fighter but we'll see.

I tell you what, Arreola vs. Walker is a real interesting fight as well. I think I may have to take a trip and see this one.

Williams is simply too good at this point to lose to Phillips. And who knows, he may find his niche at 154. It's a shame no one's willing to fight me because he is a fighter who, despite having NO ceiling potential-wise, has some flaws that could seriously hurt him later. the way he's looking, I wonder if anyone has the balls to test those flaws.

There's a possibility that Williams is overlooking Verno because he already has a fight lined up against a packet of Chees Strings for the IBWFBC Middleweight title.

I'll take Paul by late KO. Phillips is pretty old. I was shocked he beat Spinks, and I heard that was a questionable decision anyway.

Williams has size,height and youth all on his side add that to the fact that I haven't seen Phillips fight in a couple of years and he's 38 I'll take Williams by UD although it wouldn't surprise me if he got a late round ko.

Williams by knockout but it won't be as early as his recent fights, Phillips is a tough veteran.
