Marciano and sadly...I might have to throw in Pep. It is said that he is the greatest defensive fighter in boxing yet there is NO video that can prove it. I can say he was GREAT from the few videos I've seen but not Greatest defensive fighter

If Ali was a Polish ***, I would agree with your assumption that the previous poster was a ****. As Ali is not a Polish ***, you are therefore a twat.

see, i don't see how the best fighter of the most popular division in the history of the sport can be overrated. he fought and won in the best era of heavyweights ever. he has the best resume of all time.

better resume? in my opinion, yes, but it's a moot point. there's no way to definitively say, "ali fought better competition than ray leonard." but to say ali was overrated... c'mon now. people say that **** just so they can feel like they know more about boxing than the average sports fan.

was he perfect? no chance. was he beatable? clearly- just look at his record. was he the greatest heavyweight of all time? there's little doubt in my mind.

and the winner is JOE "The sloppy Slapper" Calzaghe...... Calzaghe.......

Everyone knows why, even his fans know why. Just by them getting pu$$y hurt explains EVERYTHING about there hero joe.

The truth should speak for itself but it doesn't. His fans beg, prey and plead for it.......

I saw Pernell Whitaker fight. And I have seen most of Ali's fights. Pernell Whitaker is a better fighter than Ali.
