I'd pick Roy over both Benn and McCellan.

You can knock Jones for some of his choice of opposition, but not around this time period.

Just 3 months before Benn fought McClellan, Jones had moved up from 160 to 168 to fight James Toney, the #2 ranked p4p fighter in the world.
