I have to confess that I only made this thread to laugh at the ones who picked Jones (esp. by KO) after the fight.

You'd have to be an idiot to think this is more than a money making bout at this stage in Jones's career IMO.

After watching a 43 year old man manage to throw punches and stay active for 12 rounds Saturday night, I'm going to say that, if Jones can do the same, this will be a close, close fight. I've heard Roy say that his body is finally adjusted after these last three years, and while I don't entirely believe that, I think he's probably going to have a bigger gas tank than he's had in the last few fights, especially if he's been serious about conditioning.

Having said that, I still don't think he can keep up with Zagg's pace for 12 rounds, and will lose a decision, or be TKO'd late.

In other words, Hopkins/Pavlik hasn't really changed my mind about what'll happen, it just gives me more hope that Roy will be competetive later than I expect.

Roy Jones Jr. will win because Big Joe is simply not used to such a lofty weight division, whereas Jones has been the Heavyweight Champion of the World!

I can understand why Joe is loved so much by the British. I mean, how many British fighters have been unbeaten AND been a World Champion for over a decade? He has also been a World Champion in two completely different weight divisions.
