Man that post fight interview was pathetic.

"I was never tired I just couldn't throw anything" or smth like that anyway. You coulnd't throw cause you couldn't move side to side. Start dancing salsa to loosen those hips"

"Hopkins is good, but it wasn't cause of him that I lost, it just wasn't me in there" or smth like that again.

That was one of the most sore-loser, moronic interview by Pavlik besides him saying before the fight that Bhop has never faced before a strong puncher like Pavlik.

I used to love Pavlik but as of late him and his team have been on a power trip that thank god stopped.

Pavlik was a gracious loser, Hopkins put on a great performance. Did he not say that he got his butt whopped, if I remember correctly?

After claiming that him losing had nothing to do with Hopkins, and that Hopkins isn't that good etc. Yes, he did.

I think he was just in shock, that was the thought that was going through my mind when I saw the post fight interview and the interview posted here, he just looked like he didn't know how he lost and was still in disbelief.

He was emotional. That was not too long after the fight itself and I believe his first interview since the loss, so he's going to be emotional and unable to fully comprehend what happened fully.

Yeah, cut the kid some slack. His loss is obviously devastating but you have to hand it to him for stepping up to the plate at a higher weight and at least giving it a shot.

I don't have the fight re-watch it, but within seconds after the final bell ended the fight, the cameras showed Pavlik as his team got into an argument with Hopkins' camp...

The look on Pavlik's face was just saddening, he looked like a very beaten man. It wasn't like he probably thought, "Well, the fight's over, maybe they'll give me a split decision."

No, the facial expression was a kind of: "The fight's already over, I absolutely lost this fight...how the hell could I have lost to a 43 year old?"

                  He was completely perplexed.

Styles make fights...Beating Taylor twice and at 160 LBS NOW FIGHTING B-Hop at 70, I think was a big factor and just cuz u beat a fighter twice and the fighter u lost to was beaten by the man u beat doesn't guarantee success.

Pavlik was emotional JEEEZZZ he was just dominated and it was minutes afte r the defeat. CLOWNS that say Pavlik is a hype job and was exposed are MORONS. What happened to P-Will when got beat by Quintana? P-Will was garbage then he beats him in a rematch and beats a BUM and now all of a sudden he's great again. Fighters lose it happens, maybe it was an off night maybe it was the weight who knows but all the greats lose, I give the kid props for taking on a fighter he didn't need to fight. Pavlik is still middleweight champ and I'm sure will learn from this experience. People who now think Pavlik is a hype job are FOOLS who more than likely have never even laced em up.
