Why don’t you Calzaghe fans admit this? That Hopkins win was better than Kessler. Stop putting all your faith that Kessler turns out to be a superstar.

Repeat: Joe Calzaghe best win was over a 43 year old man who knocked him down and hurt him during their fight. Hopkins was has a strong case that he won the fight landed more proper punches than slaps. Hopkins was higher on the P4P when he fought Calzaghe than Kessler. He beat Tarver and Winky before the Calzaghe bout and Kessler beat no names. The Hopkins fight wat at 175 adding more that the debate win over Hopkins is his best win ever.

Eubank was at the end of his career and he only had 10 days notice to prepare for the Calzaghe fight so in retrospect the win isn't half as impressive as it seemed at the time.

The Hopkins split decision win was Calzaghe's most impressive in terms of the actual name of the opponent he "beat" but the fight itself wasn't a great performance. Even Enzo Calzaghe, the father/trainer, thought Calzaghe had clearly lost the fight by round 12 because he told Joe the only way to win was by KO.

I never knew this; I knew he took the fight on a short notice not this short. Any evidence to back you up as the fight was ages ago
