            Eubank was at the end of his career and he only had 10 days notice to prepare for the Calzaghe fight so in retrospect the win isn't half as impressive as it seemed at the time.

            The Hopkins split decision win was Calzaghe's most impressive in terms of the actual name of the opponent he "beat" but the fight itself wasn't a great performance. Even Enzo Calzaghe, the father/trainer, thought Calzaghe had clearly lost the fight by round 12 because he told Joe the only way to win was by KO.
