Dawson-Calslappy makes no type of sense now.

Pavlik is more known and theres already tension for the fight tobecome made, Dawson hasn't even surfaced yet.

The LHW champion fighting the MW champion two classes down is much less appealing to me than the LHW champion fighting a fighter with a LHW belt.

No size advantage there.

Plus, the Dawson handspeed would make it a very good fight.

Calzaghe is a super Middle who fought a long term Middleweight for the LHW championship.

Size has nothing to do with this as Pavlik and Dawson are both bigger than Joe.

I say leave Joe out of it and let Pavlik fight Dawson. At least Pavlik is searching for challenges along with Dawson. Joe does not want any challenges..

Dawson-Calzaghe would be my preferred fight but I don't think Joe would take it because I think he would lose. On the other hand I think he would beat Pavlik and there is probably more money in that fight so if he was going to have another one after Roy I would be betting on Pavlik moreso than Dawson or any other fighter.
