Miguel Cotto: "Don't Matter When, I Want Margarito"

Former two-division champion Miguel Cotto has done some light training in the gym, but plans to begin his full training camp, to prepare for his February return, at the end of November or the start of December. The tentative return date for Cotto is February 14. Cotto's promoter, Top Rank's Bob Arum, has mentioned fellow Puerto Rican, Kermit Cintron (29-2, 27KOs) and Jesus Soto Karass (21-3, 15KOs) as possible opponents. [details]

Why can't you see him winning he was wining the fight for the first 6 rounds or so in July. He was ahead on score cards when he got dropped in teh 11th. So why can't he win sir? If he trains properly and comes back and excutes his game plan better then he did in July he defintely can win. there is no can't in boxing Buster Douglas showed me that in 1990. Will he win that is osmething that remians to be seena dn i will defintely tune in too find out.

If he's lucky and dances around a bit he might be able to outpoint Margo/Terminator.

In reality, it's quite possible that Marg KO's him even quicker next time. I don't give Cotto much of a chance in there, but good luck. The guy has balls.

Personally, I'd run as fast as possible in the opposite direction of Antonio Margarito.

Kudos to Cotto, I'm picking him in the rematch, unless the loss has affected him badly.

If Arum really feels Cotto will win the rematch they will fight before June. Its all about Arum getting Cotto back on top because Cotto is Arum's cash cow not Margarito.
