taylor fought as well as he ever will in that 2nd pavlik fight. thats the problem, he gets no credit. he fought kelly very tough, and would have beaten bhop again that night, by his largest margin imo! that fight was a good fight by both men, and very close.

Yeah, I nearly fell off my couch watching Taylor box in such a disciplined manner. He certainly would've beaten Hopkins that night. But I also thought he exposed some liabilities in Pavlik's game as well.

I think you missed the gist of my post. While Tarver wasn't 25, came down from weight, etc...that doesn't have anything to do with having a plan B.

And while I believe Pavlik will win, I also believe - based on what I saw in the rematch against Taylor - that he doggedly sticks to his plan. So far it's worked. I guess, why fix it if it ain't broke? We'll see against Hopkins.

Plan B sounds like what you to do get plan A. You just changed the outcomes but it doesn't mean it's a different strategy.

Pav didnt look less impressive, If anything he showed he can go twelve and still win when someone is trying to avoid him. He hurt Jermain late and won the fight, I was impressed.

yep I never seen that gif,...but it shows it was clearly the punch, Hopkins didn't push him at all. Hopkins rocked Calzaghe's world.

I don't know why this is such an unrealistic prediction, it's perfectly feasible.

I wouldn't be suprised is Hopkins puts Kelly to the canvas in the fight.

Nah, it's not unrealistic at all bro. I've been saying more or less the same thing for however long thhis fight has been on the cards. People keep saying Kelly will KO Bernard, I say it's highly unlikely. Much more likely is Bernard KOing Kelly.
