I agree with what you are saying. But he just beat Tarver more convincing then Dawson just did. He scored a KD against Tarver and closed his eye AND won every round. Dawson didnt win every round against Tarver.'

Hopkins didn't get in the way of any other cats. Hopkins was Pavlik's "last choice." Abraham, Calzaghe, Winky, Paul Williams, and others all couldn't get the fight signed. That's why Arum and Pavlik were "not thrilled" about fighting Hopkins.

You didn't see hopkins land a clean punch? LOL, you must not have seen the fight hopkins was landing clean punches at will, he won 12 out of 12 rounds in dominating fashion.




It wasn't no Ward/Gatti, but for a 41 year old middleweight coming off of two losses and moving up to light heavyweight and dominating the recognized "real champ" was very impressive. Even a hater should give him some credit for that accomplishment.

Gamblers Advisory on youtube has Hopkins by a clear decision and I don't believe he's gotten a prediction wrong yet. I'm a Hopkins fan and I can see Pavlik winning this one but I hope he's right!

Damn Hopkins headbutted, and held the **** out of those people...He had to headbutt them to soften them up so he could finish them! ....J\k

Seriously though, Hopkins was the total package on those Highlight clips....If B-hop had just a little bit more stamina and was a year or 2 younger..there is no doubt that he would give it to Pavlik...I just hope he's on top of his game this Saturday because he has all of the tools to get to Pavlik but the big question is will he be able to keep up the pace for 12 rounds. I surely hope so!
