    I know, it's f/ucking crazy!

I never noticed it until last week.

I've never seen a HW KO ratio so high.

Vitaly is a very unorthodox fighter, and if you compare him to Haye, you have to take into account that the starting point of his punches(left hands) is different from Haye's.
He throws them literally off the floor, no matter if it's a jab, left hook or an uppercut, while Haye brings up the arm and throws it from a more classic "in front of the chin" point.
It is much easier to compare him to Hamed, who also did that, then to Haye.

Vitaly also slightly changes his style from fight to fight, all depending on his opponent. After last saturday a lot of people think that Vit is more of a boxer, but in his prime he was always a guy who liked to slug it out, much more aggressive as well.

Vitali's early opposition was quite awful, he won the WBO title against the glass-chinned Herbie Hide but after losing to Byrd he took on a lot of tough guys who had not been KO'd before and was able to stop them in the later rounds.

Timo Hoffman was the only one who went the distance with Vitali.

I've always thought of Vitali as more of an accumulation puncher, his brother Wladimir has more one punch KO power in my opinion.

You must LOVE that video TheManchine, since you've posted it so many times. That was Vitali's worst looking opponent, and gives the misleading impression that Vitali fought bums...

You never post this one, this is what MOST of Vitali's early opponents looked like:

Why do you never post this one, TheManchine?

Probably because that's a highlight reel, so all you see is people being KOd. This gives no indication as to how good they are.

Ok, but....isn't that how most of his fights ended?
