All I see is a bunch of sour g****s from someone who thinks the heavyweight division has ever really looked any different.. they have always been slow and lacking skill in comparison to Welterweights..

You sound like you read somewhere that heavyweight is boring and you bandwagon jumped...

That is true. The thing that's missing in the Heavyweight devision is that handful of fighters who have that special mystique. It's hard to explain, but the Klitschko brothers and the European champions and terrible American HWs don't have it at the moment.

He looked like ****. You can't say he looked great when all he did was occasionally punch a fat man impersonating the HW champ of the world. I don't care if he had taken 10 years off, that fight was the absolute drizzling ****s and only reaffirmed why I rarely watch HW fights.

A boxing clinic? Against a stationary target! Anyone can look good punching a heavy bag, which is pretty much all this fight amounted to. I'm not saying Vitali isn't a good fighter but, to claim he looked great in such a boring fight and against mediocre opposition is just ridiculous.

His timing of the right hand was off, his footwork was non existent and he couldn't finish off a man who was clearly a long way out of his depth. Maybe it's just me, but that really doesn't indicate a great performance. Yes, his lay off will have contributed to his timing being a bit out but it's not like Peter was elusive. Stevie Wonder could have found his chin all night long
