yeah, Guadalupe Rosales is fighting for the Interim WBC 130 pound title, while the main event is Humberto Soto fighting for the VACANT WBC 130 pound title.

can somebody explain how they have an interim AND vacant title fight for the same title?

Apparently he got drunk went to his exwife house beated up his father in law then also got into a fight with the cops
he came to the weight in handcuffed and after the fight he will have to go back to jail

the incredible thing is he just got out of jail for another drunken escapade only 13 days ago talk about wasting talent

its all lorenzo fault
soto is the wbc superfeatherweight champion (well after he destroys gamaliel diaz) but he cant defend his title because the mandatory lorenzo is injured until december because soto destroyed his face
so in the case the champion cant defend his title an interim belt is created
so rosales is fighting for the interim title and will fight the winner of lorenzo vs soto IF lorenzo wants to face soto again
