You have a big, slow plodding target against one of the most skillful ring legends from this era, even though he is clearly past his prime, Valuev is the only champion that i see him beating. Look at what happened when he fought someone that gave him movement and boxed, he lost. Valuev is not Ibragomov, he is not going to move laterally and he is not a southpaw boxer. I see it similar to the Saveresse fight. Against Valuev Evander will have his opportunities. Styles makes fights.

I doubt it goes down, and actually hope that it doesn't also. I'd hate to see Holy lose to ol jolly green.

Holyfield is another example of a fighter who just doesn't know when to quit. Of course George Foreman was the exception because he had one punch knock out power. But I'm afraid that Holyfield will be seriously hurt if allowed to fight that big giant. I don't care if he needs the money. He made millions on top of millions while he was fighting and he should have taken better care of his money. Tell you what........I don't think many folks will shell out fifty bucks to watch that fight on ppv. I know I wouldn't.

I laughed out loud when I saw this post.

I would laugh myself into a coma if this fight does get made (likely, and sadly, the biggest money fight for Valuev), and Holyfield somehow wins.

However, logically, if the fight gets made Valuev KO5 Holyfield.
