It wouldn't be of any use since Vitali is around 6 inches taller than Peter.

Lewis was able to use his uppercut on Vitali because they are the same height and Vitali was leaning on him.

Peter should learn how to throw an uppercut though so he wouldn't have to throw rabbit punches all the time whenever someone is ducking down/leaning on him.

The best weapon for Peter against Vitali would be consistent body punching and improved conditioning.

peter won't need an uppercut, just needs to make Vitali work hard and he'll start to feel the pace long before the championship rounds kick in. Expect Vit to quit before 8 rounds have been completed.

Sanders stunned Vitali with a straight left.

After the fight Vitali said that Sanders was the hardest puncher he ever faced.

Sanders fight was awesome though. Sanders is one of the trickiest punchers I ever seen.

How well he sets up and lures into that left hand is amazing.

Fighters never give credit to other fighters who beat them. That uppercut Lewis landed looked m ore savage that anything Sanders dished out.

I don't disagree but that's the only time other than the Lewis uppercut that I've seen Vitali hurt.

Vitali did say that he was knocked out by a headkick in kickboxing.

He could be one of the most dangerous heavyweights for 3 rounds. Unfortunately he never worked on his conditioning.

The uppercut looked brutal but Vitali recovered quickly. The Sanders left had Vitali backing up.

I believe Hasim Rahman also said that Sanders was the hardest puncher he fought.
