i dont remember Wladimir throwing more than 1-2 uppercuts in his fight with Peter.

Typically shorter fighters are better in-fighters, though Rid**** Bowe and Lennox Lewis had great uppercuts for their size. Mike Tyson=best uppercut of all time, and he was short for a heavyweight.
