you brawl a boxer and you box a brawler, mayweather is gonna make hatton box a boxer. Hatton doesn't stand a chance, he is playing malignaggis game.

Anybody can look good in training, it's the fight that counts, we'll see what happens although I have to say, he looks pretty sharp there.

Edit: I hope Mayweather Sr. has gotten rid of that leaping left hook that Hatton does, it's a horrible punch.

Nah. Mayweather can only teach him so much. Hatton will partly revert to his usual style but probably be a little smarter with it this time.

Besides, these guys know the game far better than any of us here. They are not ****** enough to give Ricky no chance against a guy who can't even punch his way out of a paper bag. It takes a good punch to stop Hatton (and it's only happened ONCE). Paulie doesn't possess the kind of power to do the job.

        Easy fight for hatton.

My feeling? Hatton batters Paulie like Cotto did.

I hope so to. It almost cost him in the Lazcano fight. I mean not only does he just leap in recklessly, but he sticks his chin up as well. Just a bad punch.

Yeah, he throws that punch with his chin in the air and with his right hand down by his side, very open to counter left hooks, or check hooks.

I'm thinking that Hatton brought Sr. in to correct that. And the thing about it is, Paulie doesn't have the power to keep Hatton honest.
I think Paulie well make the final bell. But he will be beaten pretty badly doing so.

I think Hatton will win but I don't think it's going to be a beating, I think it'll be a tough fight for him if Malignaggi can put in a performance similar to his performance against N'dou in their first fight.

Mayweather Sr. was probably brought in to improve his overall defense, he needs it, especially on the outside, he gets hit a lot at range.

Don't fix what's already FUBAR. Snr will inevitably give him an overdose of the doctrine of boxing which will confuse this bum. Paralysis by analyis. i still think he will outmuscle Paulie but hope he doesn't the fat *****.

you can' teach an old dog new tricks. This reminds me of Rocky 3 when he turns from a brawler in to Muhammad Ali, then back to Rocky for the finale!
