If he beats Dawson, he'll get in. Having a win against Roy Jones is huge. It doesnt matter if Roy was past his prime. I'm pretty sure Basillio wouldnt have gotten in if he didnt beat an old SRR, even though he had some grueling wars against Fulmer and other guys too.

Not to compare Roy to SRR straight up, but he was the fighter of this era and Tarver was the first one to really beat him.
