Berto is a good fighter with alot of skills, his speed is very impressive. Collazo is a craft, slick veteran who in my opinion took Ricky Hatton to school. I am not a huge Berto fan cause I feel he has a great record but has yet to fight anyone significant. Fighting Steve Forbes at this stage in his career and with the lack of power just proves that he can win the fights he is supposed to. Collazo isn't much more impressive although I think he has more heart than Forbes does.

I want to see Berto fight someone relevant in their prime not this sparring session type fights.

Collazo # 1 Contender?

Collazo will not come out with a victory against Berto. The reason is Luis fights to many lower level fighters and will not be properly prepared when he has to step up. Collazo does,nt deserved to be ranked #1 by any organization, who has he beat to earn it ? Since 2 consecutive losses he defeated fighters with records like 9-4 and 15-5. Lets save the number1 ranking for a guy who defeats other top contenders

Collazo is one of boxing's best kept secrete. He got robbed in the Hatton fight and he broke his fist on the second round vs Mosley, tht's y he's ranked #1 and trust me when i tell you, i know Collazo personally from kids and i met Berto, Berto is a special ed kid. All he knows is adrenaline, not smart at all. Collazo decision 2 out of 3

I dont know ma, I think berto is gonna catch a real bad one by my good friend Collazo. Berto is a "slow kid with speed". He's not too smart and Collazo is so slick that he's gonna frustrate him and take him off his gameplan. Berto is going to get tired real fast! Collazo by 10 rd or decision.
