No chance, a win over Pacquiao does Jack all for his legacy.

Does Klitschko beating Mijares do anything for his legacy? Does it make him jump into the P4P rankings?

If not, please reconsider how much credit you are giving to De La Hoya for beating a man who is way, way, way smaller than him.

If Pavlik beat Margarito would he get any credit? NO! you're a moron.

You're the only person here that thinks De la Hoya will jump up any rankings once he beat Pacquiao. He fought the best and lost most to most of them (he shouold have beat Trinidad) Oscar doesn't come close to the top 10 P4P with a win over Manny

              De La Hoya.
He fought the best of his era and beat many of them.
De La faced far better opposition, moved up and down in weight and was still a premire fighter. He also was involved in the most compeitive divisions. The same cannot be said for Lennox.

They are fighting at the same weight class.
FMJ fights and beats up light heavys in the gym, and fights at his walking around weight, meaning many of his competitors, even Hatton, are considered "bigger" than him.
Its all relative, but I would not discredit Oscar for beating Pacquiao, because Manny is a great fighter.

Does hagler deserve credit for beating tommy hearns? your logic is flaw man

ryno my friend if Pavlik Beats Margarito he will get BIG CREDIT! but he would expose that bully as a bum! Marg if he had half the balls would go up to a natural weight like 154 and 160 and challenge the best insted of crying the small 147 pound guys are avoidig him. Margo likes small guys he avoids the big guys he only fought P wil because he thought he was an easy mandatory.

also by you saying oscar doesnt raise in the rankings with a win over pacman shows your lack of respect for pacman! basically you saying pacman is a bum...but the truth is pacman is p4p number 1 so oscar will rise in the ranks regardless.

a close loss to Margarito does more for Oscar's legacy than does a KO victory over PAC...
